Appointments
Payments:
I am an out-of-network provider. I can provide invoices for clients so that they can bill their insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Clients can pay with cash, check or credit card. Healthcare savings plan debit cards are also accepted. Payment is due at time of service.
I offer a reduced rate for those who have a financial need.
Cancellation Policy:
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled 48 hours or more in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a charge for the session.
